Creative Challenge:
Design retail fixture program that optimizes production and distribution of a variety of retail fixture elements. Component finishes must be high quality for fielding into a variety of shop-in-shop configurations. Achieve a visually powerful shopping experience in a variety of retail environments.

Execution:
Store fixtures components were inventoried and rolled out in custom configurations by Process Logistics™. Category identification and custom branding elements created a very strong environment. Custom fixture grouping configurations were shipped to complement the floor plans of individual retailers.

Results:
This retail shop-in-shop program spoke to the adidas brand goal of being the category leader through superior product design and innovation. The adidas retail goal is to collaborate with retailers to enhance the point of sale experience and make an impact. This program was retailer friendly in terms of ease of set up and complemented store appearance.
