Creative Challenge:
Go beyond stock clip strips to design a solution to effectively cross merchandise specialty batteries in the toy aisle. Account for significant Energizer brand impressions. Create a unit that has unique visibility in the category.

Execution:
Unit mounts to peg board or slat wall, extend just beyond normal shelf length, and merchandises batteries from both sides. Energizer brand impressions are created with use of the Energizer Bunny and functionality of specialty batteries is made clear with toy images. Red wire structure further reinforces Energizer brand.

Results:
Placed at high level, the Energizer Toy Aisle Violator is creating powerful cross-selling results. The unit has been well received by several major retailers and has re-run multiple times. This unit won a 2005 Silver OMA Award.
